This website and its related services are operated by COACH ME TENNIS, a platform dedicated to providing personalized tennis lessons tailored to the client’s location and level. We operate primarily in Miami-Florida, and we specialize in assigning qualified coaches in areas close to the client, without requiring our own facilities.

Services Offered

Through this platform, users can:

  • Schedule personalized tennis lessons with certified coaches.
  • Receive assistance in finding the nearest tennis court, without having to be a club member.
  • Request individual or group lessons (subject to availability).
  • Receive advice based on your level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

All services are subject to availability and specific conditions regarding location and schedule, which will be coordinated once the class request is submitted.

Class Scheduling

To schedule a class, the user must complete the form available in the “Schedule Your Class” section of the website, providing basic information such as their name, experience level, location (neighborhood or zip code), and time availability.

Once the request is received:

  • A process will be carried out to assign the closest available trainer.
  • The user will receive confirmation within 24 to 48 hours, via email or WhatsApp.
  • The class will only be valid once confirmed by our team.
  • The client can suggest preferred days or times, which will be considered based on the trainer’s availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations:

  • Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if they are given at least 12 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may not be refunded, except in cases of force majeure.

Cancellations by the trainer or the company:

  • In the event of force majeure or unavailability, a new date and time will be proposed at no additional cost to the client.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions, the class will be rescheduled by mutual agreement without additional charges.

Refunds:

  • In the case of advance payments and justified cancellations with sufficient notice, a full or partial refund may be requested, depending on the case.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modifications are posted on this page. Continued use of the site or booking of new classes after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Users are encouraged to periodically review this section to be informed of any changes to the terms of service. Customers will also be informed of any changes to the services provided at that time that modify the initial agreement.
